Built in 1917, this house had a LOT of character. From the original structure to the odd messages written within the walls. The property was located in the heart of Danforth Village but needed a lot of TLC to become a  proper home again. The house was completely gutted, 2 additions were built and the basement was lowered to an astonishing 9' finished ceiling. The house was resold in 2017.
